Object of geek desire: The Legend of Zelda strategy guide box set

Making your way through a new game is never an easy task, and the experience of getting lost in a dungeon is all part of the charm.  This is especially true with games from The Legend of Zelda franchise, which base most of their gameplay around exploration and discovery.

Yet at some point, the charm boils down to raw frustration and you'll encounter a puzzle, dungeon, or boss that makes you want to throw your hookshot at the screen in anger.  Sure, you could turn to gameFAQs like millions of gamers before you... or you could shell out your rupees for this week's object of geek desire:

The above collection is fittingly called The Legend of Zelda Box Set and contains six official hardcover strategy guides for Ocarina of Time 3DSpirit TracksPhantom HourglassWind WakerTwilight Princess, and Skyward Sword.

The six hardcover strategy guides all look like they'd match the Hyrule Historia perfectly, but you may want to take extra special care of the six books as the box set is limited to one printing run only.

In addition to the obscenely rare books, the set also comes with a 2-sided "gold" bookmark, a certificate of authenticity (because, obviously, this set could easily be faked...), and an impressively cool custom treasure chest display box that you'd swear was stolen from the local Fire Temple.

Unfortunately, all the awesomeness comes at a price - the Strategy Guide Box Set will set you back a cool $116.99 over at Amazon, but that's a small price to pay when you realize that you can sell it for five times that on ebay next year you'll be owing a piece of Hyrule history.
